New Look for 92nd Street and 4th Avenue
Rigites shared the photo which shows the plan for the building on the corner of 92nd Street and 4th Avenue, the building where Pizzeria Unos used to be.
Last April, 9201 – 4th Avenue was for sale by a bankruptcy auction. (Story here)

While many people didn’t like the shape of the building, the changes are needed because Pizzeria Unos has been closed since November 2021. (Info)
The last graphic on Cpec’s realty site was of a school entrance on 5th Avenue. See the word, “Academy” over the entrance and the yellow school bus next to the building. No one shared this photo.
Another school is definately not needed there.

Hey Joey D here, nevermind Unos closing but I still haven`t recovered from White Castle closing. Brooklyn restaurants are closing faster than Bermuda hotels and thats pretty fast. I remember at White Castle they couldn`t make them burgers fast enough for me as they would make one i had finished four. I was a young and growing teen and that place pushed me too close to 300 pounds. Hey no pain in the gain i say. Anyhooo hopefully an eatery is in the works for this great place.
