Nicole Malliotakis Fools Us With Press Releases
Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis hasn’t been productive this year and we haven’t seen much from her because was promoting Rubio for President. Malliotakis will just fool us into thinking she is working hard by sending out some self-promoting press releases.
The key to the press releases is to choose a large section of NYC so no individual can or will respond. MTA’s debt cap has been increased. Rachel Shapiro of the Staten Press and Paula Katinas of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle are two reporters who regularly reprint Malliotakis’ press releases. I’ve written to Katinas about this many times and she has never responded (here, here and here). Today I messaged Shapiro about it because in my opinion Shapiro is a much better reporter and she doesn’t need to reprint press releases.
Neither covered the whole story! Nicole Malliotakis shares an Office with State Senator Marty Golden. And Marty Golden is on the MTA Capital Capital Review Board.
Nicole Malliotakis failed to question Marty Golden – a real person who can provide answers. Are both Rachel Shapiro and Paula Katinas not be aware that Senator Marty Golden is on the MTA Capital Review Board?
