Bike Store in Bay Ridge or Nearby in Brooklyn

bay ridge bike stores

Bay Ridge Bicycles at 8916 3rd Avenue is closing in two weeks. The store doesn’t have any more bikes for sale – just  accessories.

1) Bay Ridge Bikes – Juan, the mechanic from the old shop opened a shop at 9124 – 4th Avenue (91st Street). Nice guy!  Juan has new and used bikes to purchase.

2) Verrazano Bike Shop at 7308 5th Avenue

Sunset Park

I’m from Sunset Park, so I am going to recommend one of the best bike stores EVER!

1) Mr. C’s Cycles  4622 7th Avenue in Brooklyn.  The people who work there know bikes and you can test-out the bikes you want.  They let my friend ride several around the block.  They will also order you anything you need.

Dyker Heights

1) L&D Cycles opened at 7310 – 13th Avenue. It’s a small shop, but has a good stock of bikes for adults and kids. See here  The owner is knowledgeable and able to quickly fix my friend’s bike – fair price too.

2) Target at 6401 – 18th Avenue. You can order a bike online and pick it up at Target.

Bensonhurst

Ferrara Cycle Shop 6304 – 20th Avenue

Sheepshead Bay

Roy’s Sheepshead Cycle at 2679 Coney Island Avenue is a pretty large shop.

Park Slope

Bicycle Habitat in Park Slope at 476 5th Avenue has new and used kids bikes. You can trade-in your bikes here as your child grows.

Fort Greene

Target in Atlantic Terminal at 139 Flatbush Avenue has affordable bikes for the whole family.

Hugs,
marlene
