Did You Know the Sunset Hotel Was on 60th Street and 11th Avenue?

I had no idea that Sunset Hotel was on 60th Street off of 11th Avenue (Next to where the Rex Manor used to be).

The 26 room hotel was offered for over 7 million dollars. (See here)
