Ebike Battery Fires, Injuries and Deaths. NYC Council Bill – Justin Brannan is Not On The Bill

Oswald Feliz is the NYC Councilman that all areas of NYC deserve. He introduced a bill on October 12th to stop the sale of uncertified ebike and scooter batteries. (See here) Councilman Brannan is not a sponsor of the bill.

Gale Brewer has a bill to ban the sale of second-hand lithium batteries. Again, Brannan is not a sponsor of the bill. (See here)

It’s not rocket science to sponsor bills which will help ebike owners and keep the buildings where therese bikes are stored safe.

    Brannan , our so called Bay Ridge hero is a disgrace to Bay Ridge, he has no clue about our Bay Ridge, he is such a phony, very sad ,,,,another sell out,, he is a disgrace to represent Bay Ridge !,
