Trouble on 3rd Avenue and 83rd Street

Around 11:30 pm, there were a lot of police officers on 3rd Avenue and 83rd Street. A man is sitting on the ground near the storefront.
2) Just an hour before, around 10:30 pm, there was a Citizen report that a man assaulted someone. (See here)
3) Also around 10:30, there is a report of a man with a gun on the next block. (See here)
