Man Who Punched Woman in Bay Ridge Arrested
On Saturday, October 28th, a man punched a 46-year-old woman in the head and face at the 95th Street Station at 8:00 am.
The man assaulted at least three other women in Brooklyn. (Story here)
On November 9th, Luis Hernandez was arrested. Hernandez is 31-years-old.
No Bay Ridge politician, police officer or the local news discussed this man assaulting women or being captured.
