A salesperson for Empower is selling solar panels in the area. He rang the doorbell of this home.
When no one answered, he tried the door. It was open, so he went in.
The resident shared the video to warn neighbors to lock their doors.
Imagine how scary that must have been for the people in that apartment? And they have children!!
