Bike Racks Installed at Target – Ceasar’s Bay

A Brooklynite wrote to Target a few weeks ago to ask why the Target at Shore Parkway in Brooklyn (I still call it Cearar’s Bay) didn’t have any bike racks.

Now four bike racks have been installed there.
