Andrew Gounardes Voted in Favor of Unconstitutional Gerrymandering in Brooklyn

Gerrymandering is a form of cheating. It allows politicians to chose their voters and divide communities.

Senator Gounardes voted in favor of gerrymandering because he wanted to change his voting district so he could easily win it with more Democratic voters.

Gounardes also wanted Max Rose to be able to win the Congressional district over Nicole Malliotakis. Drastically changing the district to include more Democrats was the only way.

15,5608 – 13,7198 = 18.410 people voted against Rose.
The courts had to rule the maps were unconstitutional because Gounardes and his cronies are clueless.

Andrew Gounardes spent a good portion of the last decade talking about how the last senator had no integrity and that independent redistricting was necessary for balanced representation.

Gounardes questioned Why the two parties couldn’t get things done this past November. The answer is that Gounardes’ hate for Republicans and Nicole Malliotakis allowed him to lose his own integrity.

For the next decade, Brooklyn will be stuck with a state district map, which hate and people who lack of integrity decided upon.
