Rally for Veterans in Bay Ridge – 6/14

There is a Rally for Veterans in John Paul Jones Park in Bay Ridge on Saturday, June 14th at 1:00 pm because veterans are losing jobs, healthcare & other services. They have even had their Crisis Hotline gutted. It’s time to fight back & support those who gave so much to us!

Fireworks tonight at Fort Hamilton Army Base at 9:45 pm – Bay Ridge – June 13, 2025

The Fort Hamilton Army Base is having fireworks tonight to celebrate its 200th Anniversary! If you didn’t get tickets to be on the base, you can see the fireworks at 9:45 if you are near the base. You can go on the Shore Road bike path past the Verrazzano Bridge and see the fireworks!

A deceased man found under the Verrazzano Bridge yesterday around 6:15 pm. The man’s body was facing down. Emergency response said he was DOA. RIP.
