Avid Hotel at 636 – 86th Street opened in September in Bay Ridge. They are already parking cars on the sidewalk. The sidewalk is for people. IHG Hotels should rent space for their client’s cars. In 2021, Bay Ridge resident, Carol Langdon lost her life when a car drove on the sidewalk and hit her.

68th Precinct Police officers shared that they caught a thief who had taken $1300 in merchandise in Sector A – above 86th Street (no mention of the business yet.) The thief also had illegal narcotics on him.

Last night, around 11:30 pm, three cars waving Israeli flags on 86th Street and 4th Avenue started in with three Palestinian men 18-21 years old were walking in Bay Ridge. The car stopped and an 18-year-old was punched. (Story here) .
