Bank of America You Stink
Bank of America you have been my bank for 15 years. I’m not a millionaire, but my account is a sizeable amount. I always thought I would get a mortgage with you. Yet, I called customer service today to ask questions and the service reprentative told me to go and fill out the form online. I hung up and called back because I thought I would find a better service representative. Yet, I called back and got the same poor service. So now I am not using the bank I always thought I would use for my loan. There are many other banks in Brooklyn and you need to learn that customer service will win over customers every time.
Update: On July 25, 2009, I received a letter from Bank of America asking me to call them to get a mortgage. Terrible! I would never call Bank of America for a mortgage. Being your customer for 15 years should have brought me much better service.
