RIP Helene Bakke (Former Co-Owner of Nordic Delicacies)

Helene Bakke is known to many people in Bay Rige as the sweet lady who co-owned the store, Nordic Delicacies with her daughter Arlene, on 3rd Avenue and 69th Street. On Sunday, May 19th, the Norwegian Day Parade will take place in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The parade starts at 1:30 pm. In prior years, the Norwegian Day Parade stepped off on 83rd Street and 3rd Avenue.
